  • Confession: Anxiety

    I ate a lot today so I’m having at little anxiety about tomorrow. I’m already thinking about what to pack for work tomorrow and what I’m going to order when I go out to eat with my friend and now I’ll squeeze exercise in. I’ve never really had a healthy relationship with food, so I don’t really know what is normal. Is this normal?

  • Sometimes we have those days where we self indulge. Its normal to feel an associative guilt. Its like when I had eating disorders. Some days I would plan ahead smaller meals if anything at all in order to compensate for the overeating I did. I don’t think you should worry too much. You’ll be able to squeeze exercise in and your meals will balance out. Just don’t make it into an exclusive habit if you want to maintain your shape. But otherwise I think you look fine.
