I have one as well. One is from 8th grade. English class. We used to do a quote of the day. We would write down the quote and give our interpretation of its meaning. Mr. Belanger would grade each notebook that we’d turn in. The best response would earn a student this scaled model of a wizard or green dragon statue that earned us bonus points. The second notebook I’ve kept hidden for obvious reasons. Its full of my poetry some of which you’ve seen. Suicidal ramblings. And some of the pages are blood stained from when I self injured. I should probably destroy it.
